These fittings are used to joint by means of compression the conductor to the insulator set in tension strings
Material: ACSR-ACSR/AW body clamp: Aluminium. AACSR body clamp: Aluminium alloy. Steel part: Forged steel hot dip galvanized. Jumper terminal: Aluminium. Pad: Aluminium. Bolt: Hot dip galvanized steel. Cotter pin: Stainless steel. The breaking load of these clamps is not less than 95% of the nominal ultimate strength of the conductor.
